It's a tough job running your own business. On the one hand you want to make as much profit as you possibly can. On the other hand, you want your employees (your workers) to like you so they work harder for you.
The problem is, your workers will only be happy if they get a good wage. Paying them a good wage, however, means that your own profits will be reduced.

Workers want paid holidays and sick days, but if your workers are off work, they aren't doing any work for you to help you make a profit.
Worker want to work in a nice, air-conditioned factory or office. But nice offices & factories cost more than cheap, cold places.
This is Business Ethics. Should a business behave 'ethically'? Should it do the right thing, or just go all out for profit.
